Contact the probate court
Since a valid will exists, it will need to be admitted by the probate court in the country where Courtney last resided. Contact the court to verify that they are the correct court for Courtney's zip code. Confirm with the court what documents need to be submitted for probate. These documents vary, but in general the executor will have to provide:

- A certified copy of the death certificate
- An estimate of the value of the estate
